The Truth of What Happened to Me in the "Justice" System: Still Fighting the Battle
March 28, 2006

Many New Afrikans, or black people born in Amerikkka, often talk about police brutality, political, and economic racism. One of the biggest things talked about is injustices within the politcal system and how people end up doing time for things they did not do. Most people speak of this from the perspective of being at a distance but yet empathizing with the plight of those who have gone through such based on the fact of our common heritage through the Maafa (enslavement and its results). But what about when it hits home. What about when you are the one detained for the simple reason that you have locks? What about when it is you who is the one going through the justice system, not knowing about what is going on, having been falsely accused of a serious crime.

I know that many of you are wondering what I am talking about and why this is on the New Afrikan Vodùn website. Well I have been in the place of the above. But what I want to speak about here is coming from a long struggle of trying to achieve and TAKE justice. I cannot hold this and fight by myself anymore.

Some time back I was falsely accused of a sexual crime. Many of my elders in the tradition have displayed non-approval as to me bringing this thing out. But it is time.

My closest associates and fellow nationalists know the details but I am putting this here for several other purposes. How would you feel having been labeled as such for several years and the "victim" coming forth and saying "He did not do it. My dad did it". Or imagine how her mother felt having suspected her husband the whole time and it coming out so late. Or imagine the dumb looks on the faces of those that just went along with the program just because. What would you do if crakkkas encouraged you to help put away one of your loved ones only to find out that the person that truly did it was not him. Yes, such happened to me. Or imagine how I felt when I found out that the "victim's" father put her up to it because he was doing it and on the way to going to prison for a similar crime! Or imagine the woman that was married to me, my relative, having no idea of such until the end. Can you imagine how she felt when she had to gather the family, face me, and tell me that they have been wrong the whole time? I am sure that you cannot.

Imagine having a lawyer that sells you out because you did not have the money to pay him - while you were not even in court! Yes, I have heard about those out there that have automatically believed me to be guilty without talking to me. Question or two to them. Have you ever thought about contacting me about this? Have you ever thought that people get falsely accused? Did you know ANY of the facts of this case? Unrelated by also related, did you know that R. Kelley has a brother that looks like him that CONFESSED to being the person on that tape? Why is that WE are so quick to judge one another? Did you know that the very judge and prosecutor in my case tried to do more to help me out than my lawyer? Did you know that the "victim's" father is locked up for the same crime in another state and will do more time once this thing is overturned concerning me? Know for those of you that are like that you like drama; and you secretly love the white man and woman. You believe anything he says. I do not blame the person that accused me. She was scared by her own father into doing this and maintaining it. You all talk about forgiveness. Well that is forgiveness - Afrikan forgiveness. I forgive her mother because she was powerless in the situation. But I do not forgive her father because he is sick and evil. He has caused my life to be periodically disrupted. Oh, by the way, for those that wanted to judge, do you know nobody was every tested on DNA? Did you know her father set it up so that no DNA could be collected?

I am putting this out here for any of you that have been wronged by this evil system. I am putting this out here for all of you that experience Negroes in this tradition who attempt to judge and persecute you without having any facts. I will not name any names but I do know who some of you are. But just think about how easily we follow whatever crakkkas say about us at the same time professing to be Afrikan or in an Afrikan tradition. Or is that this young priest poses a threat to a lot of the non-Afrikan practices that they are doing - like initiating or getting "initiated" by white folks? I just need you to be Afrikan enough to come to me direct whether in person, email, etc. No I am not trying to physically conflict with you but I know that if what you were trying to spread was based upon truth then you would be able to bring it to me instead of someone else - someone else that does not believe you anyway. It is interesting how I am on your (the naysayers) mind so much and I do not even know who you are. Funny indeed.

Some of you may change your opinion of me one way or another after reading this. If you do not get anything I would like for you to be able to:

judge people based on facts

judge people based on how they deal with you

if you really want to know the truth direct communication is best

watch yourself in situations that may compromise your reputation and your freedom

Imagine doing a favor for someone and it changing your life forever. How would you deal with that? Have you or someone you know been caught up unjustly in this system?
